ROAD AND INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION IN THE SZEGED OLYMPIC CENTER

Few sentences about the project:

Within the investment required to run the 2019 Olympic Qualification Speed Canoeing and Kayaking World Championships for the National Canoeing and Rowing Olympic Center, development of roads, utilities, land reparation, landscaping, complete reconstruction of utilities and civil engineering works, planning management. Regarding roads, the modernization and reconstruction of the internal operational road network is planned as follows:

– main road: 2600 m

– siding pavement small element paving stone: 130 m2

– 1.128 m long road construction on the crown of the dividing island

– establishment of a working route over a bypassed closed channel, 588 m

– Access road 1 is the service road in front of the stands: 218 m

– Access route 2 is the service passage in front of the ship’s barns: 289 m

– Road number 3 in the upfilled area behind the South Locking Dam: 196 m

– Reconstruction of the road of  the South Lock Dam: 184 m

– Reconstruction of the exploration road opposite the porter building: 109 m

– “A” and “B” ship storage barn covering: 1455 m²

– additional paving stone coverings: 2746 m2

– Reconstruction of the road of  the North Lock Dam: 445 m

– Northern lock dam technical object widening

– Northern lock dam – creating a united foot and cycle path: 301 m

– dirt road repair: 652 m

– rebuilding of bus turn

– construction of storm water drainage DN400 KD-extra  DN150 KD-extra: 1194 m

–Establishment of connection points for water supply of 3 irrigation stations, construction of a measuring station

– Filling up the area behind the South Lock Dam, embankment construction: 19.877 m³

There are 349 days to complete all, which excludes major event periods in the racing calendar.
