Section I of the M 44 is being built by Duna Aszfalt Kft. and Hódút Kft. as joint bidders.We play a part in the construction of the Körös bridge as a subcontractor.
The planned M 44 2 x 2 lane expressway will cross the Hármas-Körös north of Kunszentmárton, at the 51+164 km segment of the road.
The planned bridge shall consist of floodplain spans on both sides and a span over the riverbed in the centre, with a total length of 450 m. In the right floodplain (western side) there will be 2 43 m spans, while in the left floodplain (eastern side) there will be 6 43 m spans. The central span over the river will have a span of 98 m, a bottom track bow bridge with a steel structure.
The floodplain bridges will have concreted superstructures resting on prefabricated, stressed reinforced concrete pillars.
The part of the work to be performed by A-Híd include the construction of reinforced concrete structures: pile foundations, substructure, reinforced concrete superstructure of floodplain spans and finishing work.
