During the commencement of construction work, the foundations were excavated and the base plane was established. This was followed by structural construction work – basement foundation slab, concrete block and brick walls, reinforced concrete pillars, slabs, stairs and ramps, this work is still in progress. The water and thermal insulation of the basement is also underway, along with engineering and electrical conduits and partition walls. The installation of the elevators, external and internal doors and windows, thermal insulation of the building, plasterwork, painting, the placement of corporate image items and the installation of engineering and electrical systems and plumbing equipment is yet to be completed. In addition, we shall also landscape the plots and do the gardening work, including the planting of vegetation on green roofs.
