Bartók Yard Office Building, Phase A

Technical summary of the content of the project:Within the scope of implementation work on Phase 3 of the property at Bartók Béla Street 105-113, 1115 Budapest, general contractor’s work on Phase A of the Bartók Yard 2 Office Building. The office building shall be built in the area freed up by the demolition of a two-storey building housing storage facilities and transformers, so that it will connect and extend over the existing multi-storey car park, resulting in a new office building with four elevators, consisting of two underground levels, ground floor and six upper storeys.
